1. Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery Time: All orders are delivered every morning before 7:00 AM.

5. Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • If our team cannot access your address or the location is locked, the delivery will be marked as “attempted” and will not be redelivered the same day.
  • You can contact us to adjust future delivery instructions.

6. Subscription & Payment

  • Customers can subscribe to daily, weekly, or monthly milk plans for convenience.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, online payment, or cash (as per availability).
  • Subscription changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Quality Guarantee

If you experience any issues with quality or freshness, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery — we’ll replace it or resolve the issue immediately.
